We had a wonderful time celebrating our husband's birthday and my daughter graduation We asked for reservations for 16 people and they were amazing. One of the members of our party was not familiar with their meals and when it came unexpected they were generous, kind and understanding. Once Delores learned of the concern she came personally to address it personally. Sherry even came out as we were wrapping up. Such caring and friendly staff! We will be back!! ”
“ All we got was the Grandma’s pie. We were trying to find a great pizza spot in Charlotte and we weren’t disappointed. No complaints at all, the pizza was amazing. The ranch was solid too. Good sized pie for 30, definitely worth it. Only downside was on the way home they had one of the exits closed, so by the time we got back it was cold. Obvious tip, but always eat in if you can. Still, we’ll definitely be back. ”
“ 1st time coming here for lunch, the host greeted us immediately, and our waitress was so nice and attentive. I could tell this was a very mom/pop type of place, meaning: regulars (customers), warm environment, and presentation/taste of their food. The food both smelled and tasted amazing. Personally, I had the mushroom alfredo. The noodles were cooked so good, the sauce seasoned well and you can taste the butter. I hate an alfredo that is lacking sauce, you won't get that here! This definitely will be our go-to for italian! ”
“ I ordered the chicken fettuccine with spinach and broccoli, and I was honestly blown away. I never expected the spinach to be the standout, but it truly was. The flavor was incredible and brought everything together in the best way. I also appreciated the generous portion sizes. I liked it so much that I went back and ordered the same dish for takeout. Once I got home, I divided it into multiple containers and enjoyed delicious fettuccine throughout the week. If you are considering this dish, go for it. The ingredients taste fresh, the flavors are well balanced, and the spinach alone makes it worth trying. I definitely recommend it. ”
“ Tried this place on a whim and it was AMAZING!!! Food is SO good and flavorful probably the best we’ve had in a while. Staff was kind and food came out nice and hot. The portions also were a lot bigger than expected and couldve fed two to a plate (we got the shrimp alfredo and I the chicken parm, along with the cheesy garlic bread!) ”
“ My friends and I love Giacomo’s. It’s easily one of our top restaurants in University City, if not the whole city. The pink cheese ravioli is a must. It is so creamy and flavorful. It has a robust tomato taste with the perfect amount of cheese to cream ratio. I also love the pizza. It is definitely a good portion for your buck. The pizza isn't oily and had a great undercarriage. Great sauce to cheese ratio. I love using a little bit of that pink sauce on the pizza as well. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. Service is fast and food is delicious! Would recommend. ”
